Afternoon beautiful people!
Today has been a little busy but very productive! I got a great weight workout in today at home, I love lifting weights, just makes me feel so awesome!
Drank some BCAA while working out too 
This BCAA white raspberry powder is the bomb, I have been using it for almost 4 months now, and I got my husband hooked on it too. We buy it at GNC and there is another flavor I believe too but this one is the only one we buy! It’s on sale right now too! We have to go get more so that is perfect!
I did this workout today and I was just finishing up when I got a knock at the door, the maintenance guys had to come in to search for a leak.
The search led them to cutting a big hole in the wall of Anthony’s closet and removing all his stuff out of there. They are supposed to be coming back to fix it today, I hope so because Anthony’s bed is covered with all his closet stuff!
POST WORKOUT EAT
Pumpkin protein frosting on a whole wheat pita with dried apples and maple syrup!
I was craving pumpkin and needed some protein so it worked well

Grocery snooping is fun, so here is some snooping at the highlights of my bags today…..
Pirate’s Booty white cheddar snack bags with Spongebob on the bag, love it! My son and husband love pirate’s booty so I started getting the snack bags instead of the big bags, Mike takes bags to work and Anthony has them for a snack after school.
Trader Joe’s creamy peanut butter
We needed more peanut butter so I decided to roll with this, never tried TJ’s peanut butter only their almond butter.
Spinach and kale greek yogurt dip
I have been wanting to try this and finally found it at Trader Joe’s today, I am thinking some veggies need to be going skinny dipping in here
Trader Joe’s hot salsa
So I usually buy our local grocery stores hot salsa but saw this today and thought it looked so fresh and good! I am hoping Mike loves it because it is mainly for him!
Garlic naan
Pizzas to be made with these! I am craving indian now, I think Mike and I need to go get some indian somewhere soon!
Organic pita pocket bread
These look awesome and this is my first time buying these, I skipped out on my beloved pocketful of fiber pitas this week. I wanted to try these instead, would be good with some turkey, avocado, spinach, and cheese!
Island Soyaki
I was intrigued to get this since it was the LAST one there, if you have tried this, please tell me its good! I was thinking it would be great to marinate some chicken in or fish! Stir fry sauce of course too!

I got these for a topping on my salads , I figured I needed a new crunch factor!
